We provide technical installation and maintenance services including CCTV camera installation, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, PABX telephone systems, WiFi systems, data and network solutions, and sound and intercom systems.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to update, pause or discontinue any service at any time.

Every quotation we provide is valid for a limited period, as stated on the quotation itself.

Payment terms are set out clearly on the invoice or quotation. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, and late payments may lead to delays or additional charges.

We ask customers to book services in advance so we can plan technician visits properly.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelling later than this may result in a cancellation fee.

We provide a limited warranty on our installation work, as specified in your service agreement or invoice.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or changes made by anyone outside our team. While we hold ourselves to a professional standard on every project, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment failure or service interruption that is outside our control.
